I think I left something in my laundry bag. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the item. We'll check our facility and notify you if it's been found.
How long do you hold lost items?
We hold found items for up to 30 days. After that, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.
Can I get my item delivered back?
Yes! If we locate your item, we can return it with your next laundry delivery or arrange a special return trip for a small fee.
